Bloom is a one of a kind internship program for at risk and foster youth.

4.7 million young adults fall into the category of disconnected or opportunity youth. That means they are in not in school and not working. For youth aging out of the foster care system, it can be a difficult transition.

Research shows that positive youth development makes a huge difference in their lives. We are on a mission to empower at risk and foster youth through Bloom, our 12-week paid internship program.

The Bloom program provides a unique opportunity to learn the basics of journalism and storytelling. Interns learn how to report, edit and write inspirational stories.
