Financial services company Perpetual Guardian switches its 240 staff to a 4 hour workweek and found amazing results. Not only were workers less stressed, but they also have a better work life balance. From a business perspective, productivity actually increased and everyone kept the same pay. After the 8 week study, a business in the UK is thinking about switching to a 4 day work week.
