10 year old with cerebral palsy achieves dream of scoring a touchdown
10 year old Hayes Hutto was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when he was 8 months old. To get around, he uses a wheelchair. Despite that, Hayes always had a dream to play football and score a touchdown.
His friends, who play for the Commerce Tigers, knew about his dream and wanted to make it happen for him. They asked their defensive coach who agreed to help them. Hayes friends even surprised him with his own jersey!
When the game was over, they decided to do one more play. This time, passing the ball to Hayes, that’s when he scored his touchdown and his mom was able to catch it on camera.
