Powerball winner surprises random moms in Target with gift cards for mother's day
Manuel Franco used to work at Target before winning $768 million Powerball in March. The 24 year old from Milwaukee decided to surprise Target customers for mothers day with gift cards. Last month he told the media he wanted to help people and give back. He gave one woman a $200 Target gift card and she shared what happened on her Facebook page.
