Father Pays Off Over $10k In Layaway Gifts

Charlie K. walked into a Toys R Us in Cherry Hill, NJ this past saturday and what he did next will surprise you. Not only did he buy gifts for his son, but he also paid off over $10,000 worth of layaway gifts. He told CBS that he wanted to give the “gift of a zero balance”. On top of this, Charlie also gave $2,000 to toys for tots. He said this is the first time he’s ever done anything like this, although he does like to give back to his community.
