9 year old gets hired to doodle for restaurant after getting trouble for it in school

After getting trouble for doodling in class, 9 year old Joe Whales parents encouraged him to keep drawing because he was naturally talented. His parents then sent him to an after school art class where his talent was easily recognized. Joe was then invited to decorate the dining room of a restaurant in Shrewsbury, England called Number 4. 

Joe has since become known as doodle boy and even has his own social media page and website. It took Joe a total of 12 hours to finish his doodles on the restaurants wall. 

Joes dad Greg had this to say:

“I would advise parents to encourage their children to always follow their passion and dreams — research local workshops or groups within your local community.”
