10 year old writes letter to Qantas CEO for advice and gets a personal invite

Qantas CEO Alan Joyce received a letter from 10 year old Alex Jacquot asking for advice on launching his own airline, Oceania Express. The 10 year old from Australia told Alan he already hired several positions but wanted advice for a new route. After getting the letter, Qantas tweeted a response form their CEO, inviting Alex to the airlines headquarters so they can “compare notes” 

Our competitors don't normally ask us for advice, but when an airline leader reached out, we couldn't ignore it.
